Position Summary:

The HR Administrator (Contract) provides administrative support to both the HR department and the business to assist in HR related matters and ensure positive employee transactions. This position provides support to the HR function as needed (e.g., correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance).

Job Duties:
  1. New Hire Processing - onboarding, I-9 documentation, paperwork appointments
  2. Answer HR phone line regarding Employee/Manager Questions - policies, procedures, laws
  3. Internal Requisition Transfers  - Mgr. communication, MVR, ErgoScience
  4. Terminations - term packets, checks, time cards, wait time penalties
  5. Motor Vehicle Record Review - review hits, communication with managers/HRBPs
  6. Systems Testing
  7. Maintain employee files and record management
  8. Heavy data entry in HR systems
  9. Ad hoc reports and projects as needed
 
 
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of HR Administrator/Coordinator experience preferred
  • Microsoft Excel and Google suite experience required
  • Preferred HR Software experience (Success Factors, SAP, Kronos)
