Financial Analyst - Apartments Division ($83,800 - $107,800)

Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst supports the Capital Planning & Analysis team of the Irvine Company Apartments Division with capital budget request processing, financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the preparation of capital budget request memos and supporting exhibits.
- Provides project analytics, data validation and reporting for quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and long-term planning for Apartments Division capital investment.
- Prepares recurring and ad-hoc capital spend/project-level reporting and analyses.
- Maintains data integrity of project-level data within the Portfolio and Project Management System (PPM) on the SAP platform and associated Business Intelligence reporting data model.
- Interprets and manipulates large datasets from multiple data sources in order to build financial models and reporting packages.
Additional Skills:
- Experience within corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, public accounting, consulting, or commercial real estate preferred; multifamily experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of database structures, financial modeling, Google Sheets, Tableau, Webi, and SAP experience a plus.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)

- 1-3 years
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $83,800.00 - $107,800.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
