Director, Workplace Amenities ($134,800 - $197,000)

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for Amenities operational excellence, developing and implementing financial performance tracking reports, and supporting leasing activities with compliance assessment and contract management. Identify risk/opportunity trends and make recommendations for individual action plans. Works as a liaison between operators and on-site property management teams. Also responsible for financial reporting and analysis, contract management, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishes qualitative objectives, conducts quality assessments, monitors amenity financial performance, and advises on improvement strategies
• Delivers monthly performance tracking, variance commentary, quarterly forecasts, and annual business plans for all managed amenities in coordination with Finance and Accounting
• Prepares and collaborates on deal-related materials, including deal sheets, lease documents, management agreements, executive summaries, and project status reports
• Ensures quality control, budget adherence, and compliance for third-party managed facilities
• Partners with Asset Management, Design, and Operations to define service standards and track performance

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in hospitality, real estate, or related managerial experience

Additional Requirements:

• Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
