Position Summary:
Implement training and development initiatives that improve business performance, increase engagement, and foster Associate growth and development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to consult, design, and develop learning initiatives, facilitate development programs, and coach individual leaders.
This role is crucial for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring that all employees possess the necessary skills to meet current and future business needs.
Job Duties:
- Analyze key jobs and roles to determine the knowledge and skills necessary for high performance in each role.
- Gather input from stakeholders to stay connected with and respond to evolving training needs.
- Recommend and assist in the implementation of programs designed to enable the division to meet its objectives.
- Determine the best training delivery methods by analyzing the audience, content, and operational constraints to optimize the design and implementation strategy.
- Develop training paths for key positions in the company, work with leaders to establish individual development plans consistent with current job duties and career advancement
- Develop, maintain, and deliver a best-in-class learning portfolio that is aligned with the company’s business priorities, ensuring that all aspects of development and delivery are high-impact and meet the needs of a diverse range of positions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all division-specific training programs and implement changes as necessary to elevate the level and success of all training initiatives
- Facilitate a variety of in-person and virtual employee learning sessions.
- Partner with the Corporate Organizational Development & Training team for the strategic planning, direction, implementation, and evaluation of employee training and development programs within the organization
- Create and monitor the annual training budget. Reviews, tracks, and explains budget variances.
- Leads and mentors team, fostering their growth and development of skills.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of Training and Development or equivalent experience
- Proven track record cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders to understand and prioritize the learning needs of the business
- Deep understanding of organizational development / organizational behavior theories, methods, and concepts
- Proven ability to interact and collaborate effectively with Leadership, On-site teams and Cross-Divisional departments
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong financial/business acumen and exhibits extreme attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem-resolution and critical thinking skills
- Experience in developing strategies, performance metrics, tactics and techniques based on the feedback of the customer and market environment
- Occasional travel required
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $115,400.00 - $157,800.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
