Position Summary:

The Director of Digital Marketing will develop and implement strategic and innovative digital marketing solutions for Irvine Company’s Office division to drive key business objectives. This position plays a key role in the development and growth of all digital channels through thought leadership, innovation, and collaboration. This role will partner, lead and influence across multiple internal departments and build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Job Duties:

  • Develop digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with brokers, customers and prospects.
  • Continuously enhance and evolve Irvine Company Office digital ecosystem, including, email, customer app/portal and social media channels.
  • Manage website content and functionality with a focus on brand consistency, user experience, SEO and site optimization.
  • Develop and implement optimized online advertising campaigns to increase brand and project awareness to drive leasing results, via Google Adwords, CoStar, banner/display, paid social, etc.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing analytics and insights program, including dashboards and executive-level reporting.
  • Establish team KPIs and ensure digital channels meet or exceed all financial and engagement targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leads to establish digital strategies and initiatives that deliver on overall campaign goals.
  • Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to support and inform decision-making.
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with Irvine Company Marketing Technology, IT, Technology Enablement and external agencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 7-10+ Years of work experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2B/C, Salesforce Marketing & Sales Clouds, social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Expertise directing digital platform design, development and implementation.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong people leadership, collaboration and influence skills.
