Customer Service Quality Assurance Associate ($25.00)

Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for the dedicated scoring of interactions between the centralized team and ICAC customers. Additionally, the QA Associate will assist with analyzing and presenting scoring results to recognize top performers and identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Duties:
- Measures employee performance by monitoring recorded customer interactions and applying a standardized scoring system, as laid out in the QA Scoring and Coaching Program. (Estimated minimum 30 – 40 calls scored/day).
- Aggregates scoring results, conducts analysis and processes raw data into presentable format that provides critical insight into customer service performance.
- Listens analytically to seek out opportunities for process improvements, service trends, customer service pain points, and best practices.
- Assists with development and ongoing definement of QA processes.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a contact center environment, providing customer service and/or sales support.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability a plus.
- Direction is provided for assignments in terms of desired outcomes (goals), timing and budget. Work is reviewed/measured in terms of meeting organizational objectives
Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $25.00
