Position Summary:

As a key member of the Technology Enablement Team, this position is responsible for supporting the technology needs of the Office Division by participating in the analysis and improvement of processes by leveraging technology, participating in the implementation and support of technology projects, and providing daily end-user and training support to business users. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely end-user support for Office Division systems by responding to queries and resolving or escalating issues
  • Engage with the Office Division teams to uncover new requirements, resolve issues, and identify system challenges facing the business and customers
  • Collaborate with different business departments and IT to analyze as-is processes and desired outcomes in the context of other projects and industry best practices to help design and propose solutions
  • Coordinate with the business and IT to understand and document user requirements
  • Participate in the feasibility analysis of solutions and enhancements to existing business platforms, and ensure the proposed solution fits the needs of the users
  • Organize, lead, and participate in user acceptance testing for enhancements to existing systems and new solutions
  • Act as the liaison between IT project teams and business end-users, technical and business analysts, consultants, and other stakeholders in the delivery of technology projects and support releases
  • Provide expertise and assistance during the development of the training curriculum and conduct end-user training as needed

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems, web platforms, survey programs, and marketing automation tools. Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial, driven for success, intellectually curious (want to know WHY).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

Preferred Education:

  • BA or BS in computer science or a computer-related field

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

  • 7-10 years

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $113,200.00 - $144,500.00

 

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
