Position Summary:

 As a key member of the Technology Enablement team this position is responsible for supporting the technology needs of the Office Division by participating in the analysis and improvement of existing business processes by leveraging technology, participating in implementation and support of technology projects, and providing daily end-user and training support to business users. 

Job Duties:

  • Provides timely end user support, responds to queries, resolves and escalates issues. Collaborate with contractors and external vendors in order to resolve issues as needed
  • Quickly understand business issues and system challenges facing business users and customers. Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and recommends optimal approach for resolution
  • Understands end-to-end business processes across the business and customer lifecycle
  • Coordinate with business analysts to understand user requirements.Tracks and documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for training and communication purposes
  • Participates in the feasibility analysis of solutions and enhancements to existing solutions; ensures the solution design fits the needs of the users and considers impacts to the business and customers
  • Organizes, leads, and participates in user acceptance testing for enhancements to existing systems and new solutions
  • Acts as a liaison between project team leadership and end-users, technical and business analysts, consultants, and other stakeholders in the analysis, design, configuration, and testing of business solutions
  • Provides expertise and assistance during development of technical training curriculum and conducts training as needed
  • Supports the Technology Enablement team and Office Division in other areas such as operational technology as needed
