Business Systems Analyst ($81,400.00 - $97,800.00)

Position Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst supports the Office Division’s systems and technology platforms with a primary focus on technologies supporting the Operations department. Responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, implementing software functionality enhancements, testing, training, and documentation. 

Job Duties:

• In collaboration with key stakeholders, assess the business needs and user requirements for technology platforms utilized by the Operations department including Salesforce, MRI Angus, and other key applications as assigned. 
• Analyze all solutions to ensure the design meets user needs, best practices and business requirements. Recommend enhancements to optimize effectiveness and efficiency. Prioritize authorized enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation related to the assigned technologies to support the business and end users, including functional and business specifications.
• Design and develop detailed training materials, process documents and related communications; provide technical training for end users on new and evolving technologies as needed.
• Provide timely end-user support, respond to requests, and resolve and escalate issues.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and/or equivalent work experience
• 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience

Other:

• Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse group of stakeholders, from subject matter experts to executives.
• Thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process optimization and re-engineering principles and practices.
• Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce and building management systems (MRI Angus) preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate or a similar industry preferred.
