Beverage Cart Attendant ($16.90 + Tips Potential)

Position Summary:
Responsible for opening and closing duties and providing accurate and speedy snack and beverage service to golfers.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and well stocked cart with snack foods and beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drives food and beverage cart around golf course.
- Takes orders from guests.
- Receives payment from guests.
- Distributes appropriate change.
- Serves food and drinks utilizing appropriate food/drink handling techniques. Checks IDs of guests purchasing alcoholic beverages. Uses TIPs certification practices for alcoholic beverage service.
- Responds to any safety situation in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Promptly reports any concerns to management. This includes unruly people demonstrating questionable behavior.
- Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
- Maintains a professional demeanor at all times to everyone.
- Embodies mission, vision and values of the department.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Experience:
- Minimum two years experience as a Beverage Cart or Restaurant Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and outdoors.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Must have current California Food Handler Card or willingness and ability to obtain California Food Handling Card before first day of employment.
Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $16.90
This position may receive gratuities or may participate in a tip pool.
