Position Summary:

Flex+ by Irvine Company is a premium flexible workspace solution totaling 5M SF that offers customers move-in ready private spaces with lease terms tailored to their business’ needs. The Flex+ team is looking for a talented associate to join the team to help grow this dynamic business line within the Irvine Company’s Office portfolio.

Job Duties:

  • Support the Flex+ team with project management, coordination and design of Flex+ suites
  • Partner with customers and furniture dealers to coordinate design and installation of furnished suites 
  • Act as a liaison between Construction, Leasing, Operations, customer, architect, and general contractor
  • Manage 3rd party vendor relationships
  • Review and route necessary documents for approval and execution
  • Track all Flex+ projects, including new Flex+ expansion and furnished inventory
  • Support Marketing to develop new marketing strategies and collateral

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:


  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field



  • 2+ years applicable experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Working knowledge of Google Apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar and Drive) & Salesforce preferred

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to upper management, internal departments and external prospects
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, curiosity and is self-driven





Base Pay Range: $83,200.00 - $115,800.00


Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
