Position Summary:

Responsible for applying consistent accounting principles and procedures to record and analyze financial information, maintain the integrity of the financial records, provide transparent and accurate financial information to Sr.Management, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, and ensure adherence to appropriate accounting control procedures. Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Community Management to review financials and provide commentary on variances.

Job Duties:

Assist with review of assigned property portfolio financial statements and other month end responsibilities
Perform monthly review of financials to assess accuracy/completeness and variance analysis
Partner with Portfolio Management/Community Management to respond to financial statement and budget analysis questions
Prepare monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations of asset and liability accounts
Manage utility accruals and review. Act as liaison between stakeholders, Energy Management Department and third party billing vendor
Oversee contract accruals
Support other income collections and reporting
Responsible for timely and accurate ad-hoc reports as needed

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

BA or BS in Accounting
5+ years accounting experience, preferably in Real Estate Management

Position Summary:

Assists the Community Manager and Assistant Manager with on-site operations of a single community, multiple communities, or neighborhood (“operating unit”). Serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site. Position Summary:

The Project Manager, part of the Capital Projects Recurring CapEx team, oversees capital project execution. This role ensures adherence to Company processes, policies, and applicable laws, driving quality and consistency. Responsibilities cover the full project lifecycle, from planning to turnover, utilizing a Lean process.

Job Duties:

● Uphold and enforce all Company processes, policies, and safety standards to ensure quality, consistency, and positive project outcomes.

● Manage large-scale capital projects from planning, scope definition, bidding, budgeting, and approvals, through to contracting, community collaboration,
permitting, construction, and turnover, utilizing a developed Lean process.

Position Summary:

Job Duties:

Creates a customer service focused culture for residents, prospects, vendors and employees; responds and resolves resident requests and concerns; leads by example and ensures a proactive approach is adopted for all key customer touch points.
