Position Summary:

We are searching for an experienced Talent Advisor, that has a passion for partnering with managers, sourcing talent and connecting people with their dream job!  This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting exempt and non-exempt opportunities across the company including property management, finance, accounting, development & acquisitions, project management, construction, human resources and more.

 

The ideal candidate will be experienced in consulting with leaders to create recruiting strategies, effectively manage 20-30 open requisitions and be flexible to support the larger Talent Acquisition team based on business need.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process.

  • Candidate resume and profile research, sourcing and assessment of skills and aptitude.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective candidates to qualify them for open positions.

  • Encourage qualified candidates to interview and describe the rewards/benefits of working at Irvine Company.

  • Manage/track all requisition/candidate activity.

  • Accurately and professionally convey to candidates an understanding of the business and requirements for each open position.

  • Ensure that unsuccessful candidates are advised in a timely manner.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers.

  • Assist with organizing and attending hiring eventsAttend campus recruiting events at local colleges and universities.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

  • Two to ten years of staffing experience.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in candidate sourcing, cold calling, LinkedIn, social media recruiting, ATS searches, internet job postings, phone screening, interviewing and negotiating job offers.

  • High level professionalism in appearance and communication style with the ability to interact at all levels.           

  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information and work independently with a high sense of urgency.

  • Computer literate, strong attention to detail and follow through.  Experience with Google Applications and SuccessFactors a plus.
