Position Summary:

Performs a broad range of duties for SVP Portfolio Management and Division President, as assigned, including production of formal deliverables to Office of the Chairman (OTC). Translates high-level themes and conclusions into succinct, well-documented and clearly-articulated reports and exhibits for dissemination to senior TIC executives. 

Job Duties:

  • Create and edit executive level written communications, including memos, reports and presentations, etc.
  • Responsible for the production and timely delivery of weekly Operations package to the Office of the Chairman (OTC).
  • Coordinate with Apartments Division executives to gather, interpret, analyze and manipulate a variety of data/information, to provide operational, financial, and business and strategic updates to the OTC.
  • Organize and attend cross-divisional meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced writing skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and capable of managing tasks on multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Must have well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish highly functional relationships with diverse personalities both within and outside the company.
  • Proficient in Google suite.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
