Job Duties:

  • Directs business process analysis, re-engineering activities and projects of significant scope, and/or complexity to support the strategic and tactical needs of the business.
    • partners with IT to effectively develop and manage the divisional IT budget and directs business plan activities on an annual basis.
    • establishes vision and strategic plans for support of the business in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
      • ensures the strategy is flexible to support both the current and emerging needs of the business.
      • works with the business to identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance existing systems.
      • obtains alignment from executive leadership on strategy, design, scope, schedule, and budget for IT projects.

 

  • Ensures business needs are met through comprehensive and effective execution of IT projects.
    • communicates/negotiates needs with business stakeholders and IT.
    • ensures proper measurement tools are in place to monitor status and report results.
    • collaborates with IT to verify projects are appropriately resourced and that resources are effectively performing in order to deliver full project scopes on schedule.
    • directs rollout activities with partners as needed including training and communication plans and related activities, including preparation of user documents.
    • identifies enhancement opportunities for existing systems and processes.

 

  • Cross-functional and cross-divisional liaison for systems and technology.
    • identifies opportunities for enhancing operational efficiencies and customer experience through technology.
    • represents division in all IT meetings and ensures division’s needs are effectively communicated.
    • provides expertise and acts as divisional IT representative for applicable committees/initiatives to share information regarding current and upcoming projects and gather future technology requirements.
      • Current roles include Enterprise CRM CoE, ICOP.
      • Collaborates with IT Innovation team to complete research on and analysis of industry trends, business products and technology.

Job Duties Continued:

  • Positions the Retail division as a technology leader through participation in pilot programs and early adoption of new and emerging technology.
    • responsible for digital technology platforms including media walls, digital signage/directories, elevator signage, and other content management platforms.
      • acts as an integrator with IT and business stakeholders to ensure digital content is effectively managed across platforms and equipment.
      • ensures business stakeholders are appropriately informed about current digital technology strategies and related projects.
      • manages team responsible for daily support for the hardware and the various CMS’s.

 

  • CRM Salesforce Product Owner
    • Responsible for helping Retail division define and execute on Salesforce-related activities.
    • Participate as a member of Retail Salesforce Center of Excellence team.
    • Be an advocate in the Retail organization to help drive customer-related process improvements and then collaborate across departments to prioritize initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Core Skills:

  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and technical aptitude
  • Effectively able to communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of team members from the front-line to executives as well as technical partners in IT
  • Excellent judgement and the ability to make and execute on decisions for the betterment of the company
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

 

Industry and Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years experience managing and working on technology projects
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with commercial real estate and related business processes preferred
  • Project management experience required
  • Proven experience effectively managing business plans and related activities required
  • Proven history of delivering key initiatives such as deployment of business systems, technology migrations, new product launches, and maximizing operational efficiencies required
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams required
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM application
